Make your own delicious smashed cheeseburger and fries at home instead of takeout. It's a great and easy meal for the weekend!

1: Add French fries to your preheated air fryer (or oven) & cook until crispy. 2: Prep all toppings (slice cheese, tomato, pickle, and lettuce). 3: Whisk together sauce: about 2 tbsp ketchup and 2 tbsp mayo (option to add mustard or hot sauce or even a little pickle juice). 4: Divide beef into balls (you made 4 - the smaller the better). 5: Heat a large frying pan or griddle & wipe with a little oil. 6: Make 4 little piles with sliced onions & cook for a few minutes. 7: Add beef balls on top of onion & press down using a press or a heavy plate. 8: Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 9: Flip after 3 minutes and let cook for another 3. 10: Top with cheese, cover & let the cheese melt. 11: Assemble burger with sauce, 2 patties, tomato, pickle, lettuce. 12: Serve with crispy fries and extra sauce for dipping!
