A delicious and filling salad featuring tuna mixed with mayonnaise, garlic, and spices, served over roasted sweet potatoes, cauliflower, avocado, and mixed greens. A great source of protein that's both tasty and healthy!

1: Mix 1 can of tuna with 2 tbsp mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and 2 tbsp diced carrots. 2: Serve the tuna mixture over mixed greens tossed with EVOO and a splash of red wine vinegar. 3: Add roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower (baked at 400°F, sweet potatoes for 50 minutes and cauliflower for 25 minutes). 4: Add a splash of hot sauce and enjoy.
