1: Cook chicken (pan fry with olive oil, salt & pepper). 2: Dice chicken. 3: Chop lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion & green pepper. 4: Toss in a large bowl with olive oil & red wine vinegar, season with oregano, salt & pepper. 5: Assemble pitas with hummus, chicken, salad, top with feta. 6: Option to add garlic sauce and/or hot sauce. 7: Leftovers are perfect for lunch the next day.
