1: Trim, wash, and finely chop kale. 2: Add a drizzle of oil and massage kale for 5 minutes. 3: Trim, wash, and cut Brussels sprouts lengthwise in half, then finely slice; add to kale. 4: Whisk together the dressing ingredients and toss veggies. 5: Let the salad sit marinating in the dressing for 30 minutes or overnight, if possible. 6: Top with nuts and cheese, and optionally add a sprinkle of chili flakes.
