1: Add ramen noodles to boiling water and cook as per package instructions. 2: After a few minutes, start loosening the noodles. 3: Reserve pasta water. 4: Drain noodles and transfer them to a heatproof bowl. 5: Add soy sauce, chili flakes, green onions, and reserved noodle water to the bowl and mix. 6: In a small saucepan, heat up 2 tbsp of neutral oil (like vegetable or avocado oil). 7: Once sizzling, remove from heat and add the hot oil to the bowl. 8: Mix well and serve immediately.
