1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) and place a wire rack on top. 3: Spray the rack with cooking oil & rub well. 4: Pat dry the chicken wings. 5: Add wings to a large bowl, top with baking powder & all spices, toss well. 6: Arrange wings on the wire rack. 7: Bake for 20 minutes, flip, bake for another 20 minutes, for meatier wings, bake for another 15 minutes until crispy (total of 55 minutes). 8: Serve with carrots, celery & your favorite dip.
