A quick and easy 3-ingredient dinner that uses salmon, potatoes, and broccoli, seasoned with spices and served with spicy mayo. Perfect for busy nights!

1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Peel & slice potatoes into wedges. 3: Place potatoes into a bowl & drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder & optional chili flakes. 4: Spread potatoes on a large baking sheet with parchment paper & bake for 20 minutes. 5: Pat dry salmon, rub with oil & sprinkle with seasoning. 6: Wash & trim broccoli & toss with oil, salt & pepper. 7: Remove potatoes, flip them, & add salmon + broccoli to the sheet. 8: Bake for another 15 minutes + broil for 2 minutes until potatoes are crispy. 9: Serve with spicy mayo.
