A classic sangria recipe that is perfect, refreshing & delicious for summer. This simple recipe is not too sweet and uses light to medium bodied red wine, brandy or vermouth, and a variety of fruits.

1: Add ice to a large jug. 2: Slice fruit & add to jug (keep some aside to garnish the glasses). 3: Add red wine & liquor. 4: Top with soda water (and simple syrup or juice if using). 5: Stir & taste. Adjust as needed & pour into glasses with ice. 6: Option to keep the fruit soaking overnight & finish the next day.
