This simple lamb ragu sauce comes together quickly and is packed with flavor. A short list of ingredients makes it easy to whip up a delicious meal. You can also substitute ground beef or turkey if lamb isn't your preference.

1: Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onions and garlic with salt and pepper for 6 minutes. 2: Add chili flakes and tomato paste, and cook for another 2 minutes. 3: Add ground lamb and season with salt and pepper. Add Italian seasoning. Cook, breaking it up until brown and sizzling, for another 6 minutes. 4: Add crushed tomatoes, fill half the can with water, and add to the pot. 5: Bring to boil, lower heat, and simmer for 30 minutes until sauce thickens to your preference. 6: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. 7: Serve pasta topped with grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
