A classic hearty stovetop chili recipe packed with veggies, spices, and flavor. Simple to make in one pot, this chili includes ground beef, kidney beans, corn, and a mix of seasonings, topped with cheese and yogurt for serving.

1: Dice onion & pepper. 2: Rinse & drain beans and corn. 3: Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. 4: Add onion & cook for 5 minutes until it’s translucent. 5: Add ground beef & cook crumbling until no longer pink (5 minutes). 6: Stir in peppers & all seasoning, cook another 2 minutes. 7: Add beans, corn, diced tomato, broth & passata or tomato sauce. 8: Bring to a boil & then lower heat, cover & simmer for 25 minutes. 9: Optional to blend a little using an Emerson blender (this makes it a little smoother/ less chunky). 10: Divide into bowl & top with your favorite toppings.
