1: Slice baguette. 2: Add oil to a large pan & heat over medium heat. 3: Add baguette slices & cook 2 minutes per side until golden (you may need to add another splash of oil after you flip them) OR bake in the oven rubbed with oil. 4: Thinly slice the pear. 5: Top each piece with goat cheese. 6: Top with pear & slice of meat. 7: Drizzle with honey.
