1: In a large bowl combine mayo, vinegar, peppers, olives & shredded lettuce; mix well and set aside. 2: Cut the loaf in half & either scoop out some of the insides or press down making a slight indent. 3: Spread both sides with Dijon & top with deli meat. 4: Top with cheese & broil for 3 minutes. 5: Add the lettuce/sauce mixture; close the loaf & cut into slices. 6: Enjoy every bite.
