A hearty and cozy beef stew made in the instant pot, perfect for a Sunday dinner. This recipe features tender stewing beef, potatoes, carrots, and a variety of seasonings for a delicious meal.

1: Cut beef into small pieces and generously season with sea salt and pepper. 2: Dice all your veggies. 3: Hit sauté on your instant pot and add a splash of oil. 4: Add beef and let sear for 3 minutes per side. 5: Remove beef and set aside. 6: Add onions and sauté until soft (about 5 minutes). 7: Add garlic, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper and chili flakes. 8: After a minute, hit cancel and add broth. 9: Scrape the bottom to ensure nothing is sticking to it. 10: Add potatoes, carrots, celery, return beef and splash of Worcestershire. 11: Pressure cook for 25 minutes. 12: Naturally release for 10 minutes. 13: Stir in flour and water slurry and peas. 14: Let simmer until it reduces (about 5 minutes). 15: Serve with parsley and crusty bread.
