A delicious vegan twist on classic rice crispies using dairy-free ingredients. Made with rice crisps, vegan marshmallows, and chocolate for a sweet treat.

1: In a large pot, melt 1/4 cup of earthbalance and a pack of vegan marshmallows. 2: Once melted, stir in 5 cups of rice crisps until combined. 3: Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 4: Place another piece of parchment paper over the mixture and press down to shape into a rectangle. 5: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. 6: Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. 7: Cut the rice crispies into squares, dip into the melted chocolate, and sprinkle with sea salt. 8: Place in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
