A quick weeknight dinner featuring chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onions, all seasoned and cooked with a delicious fajita sauce. This meal can be prepared in under 20 minutes, making it ideal for busy nights.

1: Slice onion and peppers. 2: Thinly slice chicken. 3: Add a splash of oil to a hot skillet and add your chicken. 4: Season with salt and pepper. 5: Cook stirring for 5-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through. 6: Remove chicken from the pan, add another splash of oil and your veggies. 7: Cook for 5 minutes stirring. 8: Meanwhile, chop lettuce and shred cheese. 9: Once veggies are soft, return chicken to the pan and top with the fajita sauce, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. 10: Assemble salads with lettuce, fajita mix, cheese, yogurt, and crumble some chips.
