A simple and cozy vegetarian spaghetti dish with unreal flavors, made using 5 wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a meatless Monday, this dish features spaghetti with a rich tomato sauce, garlic, fresh basil, and Parmesan cheese.

1: Smash garlic & sauté in olive oil for 3 mins. 2: Strain tomatoes & break them down using your hand, saving the liquid. 3: Add solid part of tomatoes to pot and cook, breaking them down for 10 mins. 4: Add liquid part of tomatoes and a handful of basil leaves; simmer for 10 mins. 5: Add cooked spaghetti (al dente) + 1/2 cup reserved pasta water; vigorously toss with tongs until the sauce & noodles are well incorporated. 6: Fold in Parmesan cheese and continue to toss. 7: Serve with cracked black pepper & chili flakes.
