A classic Shepherd's Pie recipe that is perfect for chilly weather. It's nutritious, full of protein, veggies, and fluffy potatoes, making it a comforting meal with great leftovers.

1: Peel & cube potatoes. 2: Add to a pot, cover with water & bring to a boil. 3: Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 4: Meanwhile add beef to a large ovenproof skillet & cook breaking up until no longer pink. 5: Add onion, garlic & spices. Cook for another 5 minutes. 6: Add frozen veggies, broth & Worcestershire. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes until some of the broth has absorbed. 7: Preheat oven to 350. 8: Once potatoes are cooked, drain water & add milk, butter & mayo, mash until smooth. 9: Cover the beef mixture with the potatoes. 10: Bake for 40 minutes, option to broil for 2 mins for a crispy top. 11: Cut into slices & serve.
