This sheetpan salmon and vegetable dinner is an easy and healthy meal idea. With just 3 ingredients, it's perfect for a quick family dinner. The salmon is roasted alongside sweet potatoes and zucchini, seasoned with garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor.

1: Preheat oven to 415°F. 2: Peel & slice sweet potato into round thins. 3: Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper. 4: Spread sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 mins. 5: Meanwhile, slice zucchini in half, score with a knife, season with salt and let sit for 20 mins. Pat dry with a paper towel. 6: Remove sweet potatoes from the oven and flip them, pushing them to the side. 7: Add salmon, drizzle with oil, season with salt & pepper, and add lemon slices on top. 8: Add zucchini, drizzle with oil, and bake for another 18 mins. 9: Flip zucchini and broil for 2 minutes.
