1: Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. 2: Once hot, turn down the heat and cook 4 minced garlic cloves for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning. 3: Add 3 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes (optional). 4: Cook while stirring until a sauce forms, approximately 8 minutes.
