A delicious and filling BBQ chicken ranch salad, perfect for meal prep with a variety of fresh ingredients and loaded with flavor.

1: Pat dry chicken and season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook chicken (grill, pan fry or bake). Rub with BBQ sauce. Then dice. 2: Rinse & drain corn and beans. 3: Shred cheese. 4: Wash and chop lettuce, red pepper, onion & cucumber. 5: Assemble salad: lettuce, beans, corn, red pepper, onion, avocado, chicken, shredded cheese. 6: Top with dressing and enjoy!
