1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Rinse & drain black beans. 3: Add beans to a food processor with cottage cheese, hot sauce, and cream cheese & blend until smooth. 4: Fold in 1/2 cup shredded cheese. 5: Transfer to a small baking dish. 6: Top with remaining shredded cheese. 7: Bake for 25 minutes. 8: Remove & garnish. 9: Serve with chips, pita or veggies.
