1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Roll out dough and cut out 24 circles. 3: Grease a mini muffin tin & fill with dough, pressing down. 4: Add toppings: prosciutto cheddar & chive, spinach cheddar & chive, and red pepper & feta. 5: Whisk together eggs, cream, and spices. 6: Pour egg mixture over toppings. 7: Bake for 20 minutes.
