A delicious bowl combining cubed marinated salmon with sautéed red cabbage, broccoli, and quinoa, topped with salmon sauce and spicy mayo.

1: Cube salmon & marinate for 1 hour in soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, salt & pepper. 2: Slice red cabbage & chop broccoli. 3: Cook quinoa according to package instructions. 4: Sauté cabbage in olive oil with salt & pepper until nicely charred (about 8 mins). 5: Add broccoli & cook for another 2 mins. 6: Add in cooked quinoa. 7: Add avocado oil to a hot skillet & add salmon. Cook 3 mins per side, flip & another 2 mins. 8: Assemble bowls & drizzle with salmon sauce AND a little spicy mayo on top. 9: Enjoy.
