1: Peel & dice potatoes. 2: Add to a large bowl and toss with olive oil & spices. 3: Add to a greased baking sheet and air fry or bake for 30 mins at 415°F. 4: Cook ground beef until no longer pink. 5: Add spices & bbq sauce, stir well. 6: Wash and chop lettuce, dice pickles & onion. 7: Whisk together dressing ingredients. 8: Assemble bowls with: lettuce, beef, potatoes, onion, pickles & cheese. 9: Drizzle with sauce & sesame seeds. 10: Enjoy!
