A quick and delicious recipe for crispy pork noodles with a mix of bell peppers, broccoli, jalapeño, and a flavorful sauce. The dish features ground pork cooked with ginger and chili flakes, combined with cooked rice noodles and fresh vegetables.

1: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan. When it’s very hot, add pork and top with ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Press down with a spatula and cook undisturbed for 4-5 mins until the bottom becomes brown and crispy. 2: Flip and cook for another two minutes and then start to break it into pieces. Remove pork from heat and set aside. 3: Add veggies (except the green parts of the green onion) to the pan and cook for 3 mins; remove from pan and set aside. 4: Add sauce ingredients to the pan and let boil for 1 min. 5: Add noodles, veggies, pork, and green onions. Toss and serve!
