These crispy oven-baked Cajun wings are easy to make and packed with flavor. They turn out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making them a healthier alternative to deep-fried wings. Enjoy them with a side of carrots, celery, and buffalo sauce.

1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) and a wire rack. 3: Spray the rack with cooking oil. 4: Pat dry the chicken wings well. 5: Add wings to a large bowl, top with baking powder & all spices, and toss well. 6: Arrange wings on the wire rack. 7: Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 20 minutes. For meatier wings, bake for another 15 minutes until crispy (total of 55 minutes). 8: Serve with carrots, celery & a side of buffalo sauce.
