Delicious homemade spicy chicken burgers made with chicken thighs, seasoned flour, and Frank's RedHot sauce, perfectly crisp and flavorful. These burgers are assembled with fresh veggies and mayo, just like the fast food favorite!

1: Pat dry chicken and cut off extra fat (optional). 2: Combine flour and spices in one bowl. 3: Combine water and hot sauce in another bowl. 4: Dip chicken into flour, then hot sauce, and then flour again. 5: Repeat until all chicken is coated. 6: Heat a large deep skillet and add 2 cups of vegetable oil. 7: Once hot (test with a toothpick to see if it sizzles), add chicken (don't overcrowd and do in batches). 8: Cook for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4 minutes. 9: Place on a lined baking sheet to drain excess oil. 10: Sprinkle fried chicken with sea salt. 11: Assemble burgers by adding mayo to both sides of the bun, then add lettuce, tomato, and onion. 12: Enjoy!
