A quick and delicious dinner featuring your favorite sausages with bell peppers and mozzarella cheese, all served on a bun. Perfect for a weeknight meal requiring only a handful of ingredients!

1: Slice veggies. 2: Make slits in your sausage. 3: Add a drizzle of oil & add veggies to a large skillet, sprinkle with salt; cook for 4 minutes until veggies are soft. 4: Move veggies to the side & add your sausage; cook, flipping until all sides are brown & sausage is cooked through. 5: Scoop veggies on top of the sausages & top with cheese; cover skillet until cheese has melted. 6: Serve on a bun with mayo & whatever sauce you prefer like ketchup, BBQ sauce or hot sauce.
