1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 2: Crack an egg into a small ramekin. 3: Lower heat to medium & add vinegar. 4: With a wooden spoon, swirl the water. 5: Carefully lower the egg into the water. 6: Cook undisturbed for 2.5 minutes. 7: Using a slotted spoon, remove the egg & place it on a paper towel. 8: Toast a slice of bread. 9: Add avocado & mash with a fork. 10: Place poached egg on top. 11: Season with salt, pepper & chili flakes. 12: Enjooooooy!
