1: Cook chicken (either grill or pan fry) & dice into cubes. 2: Cook bacon & dice. 3: Boil eggs (I usually add eggs to boiling water & set the timer for 10 mins). 4: Cook corn in olive oil, stirring often until nicely charred (option to skip step & use canned). 5: Chop lettuce, red onion & avocado. 6: Whisk together dressing. 7: Assemble bowls starting with lettuce, chicken, bacon, red onion, avocado, egg & feta. 8: Toss well with dressing.
