A delightful one-pot dish that combines the creamy flavor of Boursin cheese with chicken sausage, fresh vegetables, and orzo pasta. Ready in just 20 minutes, this meal is packed with protein and perfect for the whole family, especially when you're short on time.

1: Slice sausage into thin rounds. 2: Dice zucchini and slice cherry tomatoes in half. 3: In a large pot, add a splash of oil, chicken sausage, and veggies. 4: Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until veggies soften. 5: Push veggies and sausage to the side and add Boursin cheese, orzo, and broth. 6: Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. 7: Remove cover and add 1/2 cup of water. Stir until cheese melts and continue cooking for another 5 minutes while it thickens and water has been absorbed. Add another splash of water if it becomes too thick. 8: Remove from heat once orzo is cooked through. 9: Serve and enjoy (chili flakes are a perfect garnish with a touch of spice).
