Hearty and comforting chicken noodle soup packed with immune-boosting ingredients like garlic, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and bone broth. Perfect for preventing winter colds, serves 6.

1: Dice all veggies including onion, carrot, celery & garlic. 2: Heat a large pot over medium heat & add a splash of olive oil. 3: Add onion, carrot & celery, a pinch of salt, stir & cook for 5 mins. 4: Add garlic & spices, stir & cook for another 30 seconds. 5: Add broth & water, chicken (if using uncooked), bring to a boil, cover & simmer for 20 mins. 6: Remove chicken & shred or dice. 7: Return chicken back to pot & add noodles, cook boiling for 6 mins. 8: Remove from heat (noodles will continue to cook) and stir in lemon juice. 9: If soup is too thick, add more water. 10: Serve with fresh bread and chili flakes.
