1: Combine yogurt & maple syrup, stir until smooth. 2: Spread on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. 3: Wash & chop your berries. 4: Sprinkle over yogurt & gently press down. 5: Add nuts. 6: Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours. 7: Remove & break into pieces. 8: Enjoy immediately & store leftovers in the freezer.
