Delicious and healthy sweet potato black bean burgers, perfect for meal prep. These gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan patties are made with mashed black beans and roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned with spices and herbs, then baked to perfection. Make a batch for lunch throughout the week!
