A quick and fresh Spring-inspired cheesy green veggie pasta, featuring a variety of vegetables and a zesty sauce. Perfect for a Meatless Monday meal!

1: Wash & chop veggies. 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 3: Add salt. 4: Add noodles & set your timer {2 mins less than package instructions}. 5: Whisk together sauce ingredients {leaving out pasta water}. 6: When there are 3 mins left, add broccoli to the pasta pot. 7: Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 8: Drain noodles & veg. 9: Return back to pot & add spinach, basil & peas. 10: Add 1/2 cup pasta water to your dressing & pour over noodles & veg. 11: Continue stirring until the spinach has wilted a little bit. 12: Stir in shredded cheese. 13: Taste, adjust salt/pepper & enjoy!
