1: In a food processor (or stand up mixer) combine avocado, eggs, coconut sugar and vanilla until smooth. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, coco powder, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. 3: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix in almond milk. 4: Fold in chocolate chips. 5: Grease a donut tray and fill with batter. 6: Bake for 13 minutes and let cool on a baking rack. 7: Spread out coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes (keep an eye so the coconut doesn’t burn!). 8: Whisk together powdered sugar and almond milk. 9: Dip donuts into glaze and then into toasted shredded coconut.
