1: Chop broccoli into small florets and green onion if using. 2: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil. 3: Add frozen dumplings and a splash of water to help with steaming. Put the lid on and let cook for 5 minutes. 4: Flip the dumplings, mix around and move them to the side with a spatula. Add broccoli and another little splash of water. Put the lid back on and cook for another 4 minutes. 5: Take the lid off and mix everything well. Keep cooking if you like it more crispy. 6: Top with soy sauce and green onion. 7: Divide into two bowls and top with chili oil if desired.
