1: Cook corn (if using fresh). I like to cook mine in the microwave (husk on) for 4 mins. 2: Chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion & chives. 3: Remove corn from cob. 4: Whisk together dressing. 5: Assemble salad.
