This easy yogurt naan recipe requires no yeast or rising, making it a quick and simple option for flatbread, pizza, or even bagels. It uses minimal ingredients and results in deliciously soft bread.

1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2: Start mixing & then eventually use your hand to form a ball, this will take a few minutes. 3: Generously flour a surface, cut ball into 8 pieces or 4 if you want larger breads. 4: Roll out (make sure to flour your rolling pin as the dough is sticky). 5: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, grease with oil, add pieces one at a time. Cook for 2 minutes, flip & again until both sides are cooked. 6: Sprinkle with sea salt & option to rub with butter.
