A spooky and festive cheese platter featuring a wheel of brie dressed with hot honey and chili flakes, served with cheese bread, cubed cheddar, prosciutto, candied walnuts, clementines, apple slices, and a Halloween trail mix.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Add Brazi Bites Cheese Bread to a baking sheet and place into the oven for 20 minutes. 3. Unwrap the brie and score it by cutting 3 lines vertically and 3 lines horizontally. 4. Place brie into a small baking dish, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chili flakes. 5. Bake brie for 15 minutes until bubbly. 6. Peel clementines, cut cheddar cheese, and slice apple. 7. Assemble the board with baked brie, Brazi Bites Cheese Bread, and the remaining cheese, prosciutto, fruit, and nuts.
