1: Preheat oven to 415°F. 2: Rub potatoes with oil & bake for 50 minutes, then let cool. 3: Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces. 4: Cut potatoes in half and gently scoop out the insides into a bowl. 5: Add milk, butter, mayo, cheese, spices, bacon, and green onion to the bowl of potatoes and mix until smooth. 6: Stuff potato skins and refrigerate overnight.
