1: Dice all salsa ingredients and toss in a large bowl. 2: Pat dry the fish with a paper towel and generously cover/rub all sides with the seasoning. 3: Heat a large skillet on medium/high heat and add avocado oil. 4: Once hot, add fish (spread apart) and cook for 3 minutes per side until nicely charred. 5: Serve with your favorite taco shells and add a yogurt+salsa mixture to the bottom of each shell for extra flavor before topping with fish and salsa.
